        Ignorant staff just hung up phone on me while I was trying to ask a question. Then when I called back saying yes what do u want ? Like where's the manners .. won't be back !

The good natured staff are the epitome of professional in every regard; an Aladin's Cave for stationery and Quality gifts/toys too - a proper, decent business to enjoy visiting - I've never left without a smile on my face. They should be valued by one-and-all, despite the best efforts of Amazon, Horizon and the like . . .
