        Emailed about the stop smoking scheme and was told to call in for a chat, only to be told on arrival that they could not do it with the current situation and to go to my GP. Why tell me through email to come down and waste my time?

        My chemist for the past 20 years, and as I become older I see more and more of them! Always pleasant, always helpful, always a full complement of staff unlike so many shops where one person is rushed off their feet trying to do the jobs of three or four people. Usually good offers on a range of products as well.
