I phoned sometime ago to enquire about booking in my little dog. I made a booking for one night only in advance of a long weekend and a week in July. I was told the price for boarding would be 24 per night. I phoned the day before to check and asked what time I could bring the dog and was told either in the morning or late afternoon. I arranged to bring him at 10.30 am. I collected the dog the next day shortly after 9.30 am. I had brought the dogs food also for his stay. To my shock and horror they charged me 48 . This was because it was a combination of day care plus overnight charge. Also the place was run down terribly . The cattery bit where I was directed to make the payment was very smelly indeed. Overpowering etc. The attitude of the girl who took my payment was poor, and she just said it is what it is. They seem to concentrate on doggy day care , however these dogs just seemed to be locked up in smallish runs. Book at your peril, I was not happy
