        I have just started training with James and he is brilliant! He is so supportive, knowledgeable and patient. He cares about how you are feeling and adapts the training to your needs. I think this is the first time I have actually enjoyed exercise.

        I've been training with James for 5 years now I would give 10 stars if I could, he is professional knowledgeable supportive and gives 100 percent, he cares about his clients mental well being as well as physical, he has bucket loads of patience and is the best personal trainer I've ever had, even through the current pandemic he has continued with zoom sessions which have been invaluable at keeping me motivated and in a good headspace
