        I was looking to change my car so decided to call into Charles Hurst, Newtownards. I have to say, and I am surprised am saying this, it was a pleasure. Their new showroom is very impressive and the staff friendly and welcoming. I spoke to Will Allen, Retail Specialist, who spent time showing me the options of cars that would meet my needs. I did not feel impelled at anytime by Will approach. Once I had decided on a make, model of car Will was methodical and meticulous in explaining all the tech spec. He also outlined the appropriate finance options for me, even obtaining me a very good trade in value. This was probably the best experience in all my years of buying cars. Will is very knowledgable, friendly and professional. It was an absolute pleasure to have met Will Allen and for him to have dealt with my enquiry. I would recommend anyone thinking of changing their car to call into Charles Hurst Newtownards. Thank you Will.

        Will Allen, and all the team at Charles Hurst Newtownards, were so helpful and accommodating in helping me purchase a used Nissan juke. They provided a very speedy and quick turnaround for me as I wanted to to do the deal in one day. Will was brilliant in taking me through the process and thoroughly explained everything. I would highly recommend Will to anyone wishing to purchase a new car. He made what could have been a stressful and time-consuming process incredibly easy and enjoyable. The car itself has been great so far and I feel confident that I made a good purchase. I want to thank him for his patience and help.
