Steve is a very kind man, who has really gone out of his way to ensure my guitar is repaired, sounding great and carefully shipped back to Germany. Would not hesitate to recommend Avalon Guitars. And I haven't even mentioned how beautiful their guitars are! Very happy customer :) Thanks guys

        Up until sale and first set up of guitar all went fine but then I did not even get response to multiple emails asking for something as basic as certificate of authenticity. Do not recommend at all.
