        I ordered a ball grabber from this company Nov 21 and then cancelled my order. I have never received a refund. I have emailed them many times and have never had a response. I have tried to ring and the number is not recognised. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They should not be allowed to trade...absolutely appalling.

        POC Golf have taken money for the golf bag I recently ordered but failed to provide the goods or delivery confirmation. There is no contact number to call them on and after emailing three times I have had one response with useless information. Really poor service, do not use them.

        Wish you could give a 0 star rating! Item ordered over 2 weeks ago. Sent countless chasers for update on delivery. Had 1 response saying it would arrive on the 4th but still nothing. Now raised a dispute with PayPal. Worst customer service Ive ever had! DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!
