Absolutely disgusting customer service. Wouldn't help me with an item of personal property that went missing or was stolen in their store. Took over an hour to get speaking to someone and then they never got back to me anyway. Total embarrassment. REPLY Hi, thanks for replying. My visit was Saturday 29th April around 12.30pm. I have already contacted the store twice without anyone getting back to me and also called customer service on Monday but have not heard back so I will have to give up at this stage and accept that I cannot do anything about the missing/stolen item of personal property from your store.

Purchased 3 boxes of medication and when got home they were all empty! Had no receipt as I choose not too at self service till. Clearly staff or customers are helping themselves! Ive now lost 10! Livid!!

Placed an order on justeat and boy did I regret that decision. Driver who spoke zero English turned up with 3 of 6 items I had ordered and paid for. Of course it was the expensive 3 items that were missing. Got nowhere trying to communicate with the driver so I tried to call automated system hangs up after saying use the website. Website customer care useless kept putting me back to the start menu. Justeat no refund and down 20 and a 1.13 service charge the irony that they charge for service. Pathetic all round
