The guy I spoke with wasn't the nicest! I asked for a new phone with a decent data package but I don't want an overly expensive phone as I have another phone at home.once I mentioned I moved from Ireland his whole attitude changed and he jumped down my throat when I told him I was previously with Vodafone down south and I got unlimited data for 20 euro a month "well this is nothern Ireland and it's certainly not the same as 'down there'!" Very rude! I walked round the corner and bought off O2 as they where much nicer and way more helpful
