        Worst experience ever!! Ian is the rudest most ignorant person. Was sold a washing machine that smelled absolutely rancid only to be told lies by Ian and made promises by him that it would be replaced...he instead sent two employees out to stick some bleach in it. Did nothing!! Ian then went on to call me a liar and that his employees couldn't smell anything. He also yelled at me on the phone and hung up (he was not provoked)I'm a single mum left with a dirty washing machine that I cannot use to clean my little girls clothes in!

        Bought cooker from here, around 4 months ago. Complained from week 1 that the oven takes twice as long to cook food.. I. E Nuggets take 40+ mins if your lucky. The replaced element or something once or twice. But its still the same.. Would not entertain replacing it.. I wouldnt of minded buying a dearer one but manager was having none of it. Was told someone would be in contact the following week... Heard nothing, chased up on the friday, was told someone would call again as boss wasnt in shop at time... Nothing. 4 months later we still have a dodgy oven, been using air fryer since. But cause i just used it anf was reminded of how poor it is.. Leaving a a late review. Poor service and quality this time
