I had been suffering with headaches for over 20 years wakening every morning and going to bed with a headache. After treatment with Trish I am painfree and have been for the last 3 months since beginning treatment with Trish. I just want to thank her for changing my life.

I have to say Trisha is the best physio Ive been to and Ive been to a few. As well as treating the symptoms she got to the root cause of the issues and has helped give me full rotation in my spine something that I havent had in years. She identified numerous issues in my daily life that with a few minor changes have helped relieve the stress in my hips, ribs and spine making me feel like a new man.
