Extremely poor customer service. I was wanting a quote for a bathroom refurbishment and eventually after great difficulty someone came out and visited to measure up and I was told the written quotation would be with me in several days time. That was back in March! After ringing this business no less than 10 times between April and August asking them to send me out a copy of their quotation for the works and being told each time "apologies it will be sent out tomorrow" with multiple excuses about why their receptionist hasn't been able to send it out yet. Fobbed off every time!! A complete waste of time and I'm fed up chasing it. If they didn't want the work they should have just said no sorry we're too busy at the moment rather than lie through their teeth promising to send through the quote every time I phonned up asking for it and failing to deliver every time!! An extremely frustrating and inefficient business to deal with. I would definitely not recommend this company!!
