    I can understand why your ratings and reviews are so low. Shockingly bad contact, no updates, having to chase repair, drastically slow.....can it get any worse? I bought my LG washing machine and if I'd have known just how bad this experience would have been I wouldn't have bothered. Shameful correspondence....a phonecall is easy and takes minutes!

    We couldn't have had a worse experience with 'service care'. Our beko fridge freezer stopped working after just 3 years, we contacted beko support (which is absolutely terrible if you live in Ireland) who told us that their representative in Ireland was 'service care'. We gave them a call and were told their engineer from 'Rooney Repairs' would be in touch within 48 hours, and in fairness he was, he turned up at our doorstep unannounced. He had a look at the fridge freezer and said it was working perfectly and charged us 85 for the call out. Within 2 days the fridge freezer was completely dead again, tried contacting the engineer directly but was ignored for a week, got on to service care to lodge a complaint and was told the engineer would be in touch that morning and he was. Engineer came out again to run diagnostics and said it was back working now and we should monitor it for 48 hours and he'd be in touch. The fridge freezer was never back working, and 12 days on it's still not working and the engineer from Rooney Repairs has still not been back in touch. One of the most disappointing parts of our experience with 'service care', is that there's no follow up, the only time we received a call back was when I rang them and requested to speak to a manager. Diabolic service from service care.

    First experience was with a fridge freezer, they came several times, after I called several times and they just didn't fix it, then the warranty run out (was that their plan?) and I had to buy a new one. Terrible!!! Now it's my Candy oven, I was so upset when Candy told me it was them dealing with it, they were supposed to call me to arrange a visit this week, they didn't, I called them and got a message"we are not working at the moment, our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 to 5" I called on Friday 11:45 am by the way! Basically, I wouldn't call them if I could choose a company, I'll update this review if they make an effort and do a good job with the oven, so far it's a bad experience again!!
