        I have used Ritchies since moving to Newtownards 14 years ago and they have always been friendly and reliable, just one minor issue is that they have the account held as 'Mr' Graham, even though there is no Mr Graham, I have always spoke to them on the phone or called into the office in person. Maybe its unintentional, who knows, but it seems a little old fashioned to me. Either way I'm getting it changed ;)
