The most fabulous NHS service I've ever received!! Was able to make an appointment and was seen, x-rayed, treated and out within 40 minutes! Reception, nursing and radiology staff were friendly and proficient. Couldn't rate highly enough!!

I went here when I fell and broke my wrist. Got an X-ray, which I probably would have waited all day for at The Ulster (not their fault, I realise that they are overwhelmed with patients and understaffed). This unit provides such an important service to take some of the pressure off The Ulster Hospital and the staff are so fantastic. We need more of these services, not trying to close them down

I had an appointment at 3pm. Joanne the Nurse that treated me was friendly reassuring and did not make me feel as if I was wasting her time. Thank you Joanne
