My daughter and my wife bought met a flight as a birthday present for my 80th birthday. It was postponed again and again with the promise that they would ring me when a flight could be organised. COVID didn't help so I was patient and waited for the call which never came. In June I will have my 83rd. birthday, that's a long time to leave 4 customers disappointed while still retaing the money....Small claims court time?

So happy for all those people that got their flights. Unfortunately for my Dad, three years on he still as not been able to redeem his 80th Birthday present, as Jonny and Helipowers staff continue to ignore our requests to book the flight, cancelling over and over again and then finally just completely ignoring us. A huge amount of money taken from, and a huge disappointment for my Dad to never have experienced that trip.

Easily one of the rudest, most aggressive, useless customer service experiences I have ever encountered. There were girls who were ahead of us waiting for hours to get their flights and the service desk didn't call anyone to get their flight, so they missed it. Then the customer service staff gaslit us, shouted at us and were physically imposing to us when they said they called us but nobody was at the desk. Just bizarre and saddening as we were there to take our Granda on a flight for his birthday. There were customers in tears and the staff couldn't care less. We could hear them laughing and mocking people behind the door?! They clearly do not care about their job as they weren't at the desk at all and behaved completely inappropriately. More customers arrived with the same issue with noone at the desk, we couldn't wait to leave. Avoid at all costs.

Please please stay away from these people complete scam to get your money they promise you the earth over the phone then once you pay your money online thats where the scam treatment starts excuses like poor weather engine problems maintenence programmes behind the list is endless i paid 387 for flights for myself & wife 1st 1 for wifes 60th birthday cancelled nxt flight for wife & myselfs anniversary yes you have guessed cancelled again as i have said take my advice and experience stay well away please

Hi All We had a fantastic experience with Heli Power today, they even honoured my voucher that was out of date for a small fee . The Pilot (Jonny) made the day ,letting me take the controls ,think i would need more lessons lol, but a great experience highly recommend this company.
