Misleading testimonials on their site. Incredibly slow service and communication. Took over a month, communication was poor requiring 1.5+ weeks per email and it was often only prompted by me following up. I genuinely thought this was a scam company due to the awful response time. My amendments weren't correctly done either, so the proof had not been approved, but the final product was sent away -- without warning -- and it was a huge shock to receive it out of the blue... Totally inappropriate service for anyone, let alone those in mourning! Upon complaining to the lady, she refused to specify whether the memorial was suitable for outside (as per my order), and only offered a refund upon return -- putting me back at square 1 after putting up with this terrible service for over a month?! I didn't go through all of this to STILL not have a memorial for my loved one. VERY bad service, extremely slow and I would NOT recommend this to anyone, especially anyone in mourning. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
