Fantastic experience with Hermes all day long

Nightmare so they are because one part off road is closed they take a photo saying they can't get access to house,in the picture they are about 30 seconds walk from house ad you see my house.... my opinion they have a bunch off lazy men who work for them.... edit from complaining to company the driver makes a huge effort now to get my parcel to me and always takes a few minutes out to chat
