Do not use these people. My Mother, in her late 70's contracted Michael & his Mark to re-roof her garage as it was leaking. The rubber roof lining had to be measured precisely to ensure no joins hence no leaking... They finished, got paid a lot of money and within weeks during the 1st rainfall the garage leaked, not only did the garage leak but the conservatory which the garage joins to was now also leaking as they had not joined the roof properly....we have been chasing Michael for several months now & he has promised to call & fix problem but as you can guess he has never arrived even though I told him that my Mother is going through chemotherapy & would not be able to deal with leaking roofs at the same time... Still he didn't turn up. We are going to have to get someone to re-do the whole job....these people are a disgrace please do not use them

Shocking workmanship and keeps promising to come and rectify but does not turn up. Doesn't pick up calls now. Windows falling out and is showing no interest to repair. Anyone else with the same problems please contact and we can put a group action together.

Really unfortunate experience with Michael & his son, Mark. Seems unwilling and/or unable to resolve outstanding issues on a job he completed over a year ago. Roof continually leaked. Michael & Mark were at the property 4 times after completion (after much chasing to get them out) to fix a lead flashing issue which was letting in water, sometimes in significant amounts. Plaster ruined. They simply pumped silicone around the gaps & left. My brother & I checked the work (it's my mum's home), to find gaps & holes & flashing not attached properly. Mum ended up getting an expert roofer out to check flashing. He advised that the flashing was wrong size, had been fitted incorrectly, had not been deeply enough embedded into the wall, and the groove was cut at the wrong angle. We're expecting a huge bill to fix this shoddy work. To make things worse, mum turned downlighters on only for the. To flash and then go out. We had to get expert team of electricians out to diagnose the problem. They've advised that the wrong wiring has been used, fittings were unsafe, and that no earth had been fitted, meaning this could have caused death or serious injury!! The electrical work will cost 550 to put right. Mark completed all the electrical work, despite not being a qualified electrician (we only found this out after work completed). Michael now refuses to take calls, and isn't responding to opportunities to pay to cover the costs of his dangerous & unfit work. We have opened a case against him with citizens advice & contacted trading standards. If needs be, we will go to court to recover substantial costs to put his work right. We paid him 3200. Expected to be out another 1000 at least to fix his work. Shameful work, and simply unacceptable customer service. Seems not to care at all. Avoid at all costs!!
