Even trying to arrange it in the first place took multiple contact attempts, consistently promised that she needs to "check/confirm and will get back to you"... the getting back to you just doesn't happen. I understand being busy, or being on a job at the time you call, but this is just ridiculous.
Reading other people's comments on Facebook and reviews it seems this is not unusual for The Cleaning Fairy... it's very disappointing to see that this is the normal standard. Thankfully I managed to book with Muggins Cleaners, they have already come and gone and done a fantastic job. (Would recommend)
Please don't waste your time here folks. Being stranded without a cleaner last minute caused me a lot of bother, but what's worse is that they don't have the common decency to actually take accountability for that.
