AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Tim Wordsworth (previously trading as Wordsworth Surveyors Ltd) visited a property in Kent for us a month ago, then disappeared off the face of the earth. I never received the report, he ignored all of my calls and emails and is now trading as Ulster Surveys. Luckily have managed to claim my money back through the bank but Im now left with finding another surveyor last minute. As if buying a property isnt stressful enough, there are scammers like this around! Upon further investigation, Their Google reviews are obviously fake as the only positive ones only review Ulster Surveys and Wordsworth Surveyors. Dont fall for it like I did! Have reported to RICS and Action Fraud.

Employed Tim who visited the property then never heard from him again despite chasing up numerous times. Left me struggling to get an alternative in short timeframe

I chose Ulster Surveys to survey my property here in Helens Bay because of their sound reputation locally amongst estate agents here in the North Down area. They were competitively priced too. Tim Wordsworth was prompt, both in arranging a time to survey the property and in terms of following up with his written survey findings. His written findings were clear, thorough, helpful and sensible. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
