Called to get a wiper changed on my car. Waited inside while work was getting done. They had beverages and snacks but was not offered as I watched the TV. Staff professional and polite.

After a display came up on my screen warning me that the car was on a countdown to refusing to start along with a urea and service warning light. I filled up both dpf and add blue liquids and I couldn't get the lights out. My mechanic said it was a Peugeot code and could only be reset by a dealership.I called regency and got Darren who fitted me in and had the car sorted in 90 mins.He also informed me that there was a recall on the car and they were ordering a new Cat system, it would be supplied and fitted free of charge. Result....thanks to all at Regency especially to Darren who was a gentleman. Excellent service

Excellent Service Throughout!!! Regency Cars Newtownards are great to deal with when buying a car with no hard sell or pressure to make a decision on the day when buying unlike some car dealers Ive dealt in the past. Having dealt with Regency (Greg, Denver & Tom) over the past few years when buying cars they have always been easy to deal with, put you at ease and always go that extra mile for you. After the purchase Tom showed me around the car and made sure I knew every detail about it and even gave me his number to call if I had any issues. Great customer service and Tom knows his stuff. I found this really important and very helpful. Different car, different technology. So when driving off from Regency it was nice to know I knew all the functions in the car. I was treated as if I was part of the Royal Family. Highly recommended this dealership. 1st class and great coffee!
