Really disgusting I thought this was actually a nice company I was trying to get the dork diaries book. I love Paris for my little nine-year-old granddaughter because she struggles with her younger brothers Autism. I explained this to the person and they said they would get the book but they didnt know when supplies were coming in so they took the 14.99 and then this carried on for ages. then they offered me a refund which with hindsight I shouldve taken but I said I wanted to wait till the stock comes in next minute theyre not available. eBay were absolutely useless about it. Its just so sad when a little nine-year-old girl who her autistic brother, who has had heart surgery and then is diagnosed with Autism and is very violent, she loves reading books, especially the dork diaries ones and she just wanted I love Paris especially because she knew that me and my adult autistic son went to Paris years ago Shame on this company, what they doing to People I havent always got a lot of money because Im a carer to my autistic son, but to see the disappointment on my little granddaughters face was heartbreaking.

I ordered a book from Spinetinglers in October 2022, but have not received it, despite several emails between myself and the Company. They initially used the excuse they hadnt received it from the publishers; later they said they were promised delivery in late November, but still no book. I said I was willing to wait until January 2023, but communication between us stopped, and they will now not reply to my emails. I contacted eBay who, today, have sent me an email to say that Spinetinglers is no longer one of their registered users, and has been suspended. Unfortunately, they seem unwilling, at this stage, to reimburse me for a failed order, but I am chasing up eBay on this one. With hindsight, I should have read the dire reviews re Spinetinglers before I placed my order, so NEW BUYERS BEWARE; ITS VERY LIKELY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR BOOK(S) AND WILL BE LEFT OUT OF POCKET.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I ordered a book in Oct 2022, but publisher delayed delivery .I have been very patient but have asked daily for a refund through eBay but get no response , eBay says I am not covered by them ,so I have been left out of pocket , no book and no refund .

Order not arrived via eBay, contacted sellers (Spinetinglers) offered refund. Refund not appeared. Reporting to eBay and PayPal Dont give them your money.
