fantastic service and highly recommend, i purchased a new ski and needed the yamalube to get out on it... he was closing and went over and beyond and met me at the side of the motorway after hours. Thats customer service at its highest, will defo use again thanks a lot for the 5* service stephen.

I Contacted Jet Tec for engine parts and was told they would be ordered in for me and would arrive the following week, tried to contact them the end of the following week, and absolutely no answer on the phones for three days, so went online and got the parts delivered next day by NC Jet ski also After your last reply, if you spent more time in contact with your customers to sort out any issues (such as a card issue) that might be a good idea, and trying to embarrass me by saying I dont work and apparently have no money, treating customers way says it all about you. Your reply speaks for itself Thanks again Sean
