        I bought a Toyota Avensis from Wayne in November 2022. Got it home and realised there was a bit of rust build up on the rear discs and the passenger side caliper was sticking, making an awful grinding noise. I was annoyed at myself for missing it but blamed the awful weather on the day I went to view the car. Contacted Wayne and frankly expected a bit of a row ... I was very pleased that he apologised, agreed for me to get my local mechanic to fix it and he would reimburse me in full (parts and labour). I got it fixed yesterday and sent Wayne invoice last night. Funds paid into my account this morning, with another apology from Wayne. I am delighted with the car and this quality of customer service and look forward to several years of happy motoring. 5 stars.
