But I do think some further staff training may be required,maybe it would be helpful if the owner of said franchise outlet carried out staff appraisals on a regular basis,using the CCTV system as a goto for said appraisal,I say this because some staff don't seem to know the difference between a 6" Italian herb and cheese from a cardboard box or between 6"and a 12" sandwich, i do understand that staff maybe coming to the end of a long shift and maybe tired and yes we all do actually make mistakes but 2 saturdays in row at roughly the same time I went in to purchase my fave 6"sub ,on the first occasion she started to make up a 12" and on the second couldn't tell the Difference between bread and cardboard.
My real concern would be that if staff are making blindingly obvious mistakes like that, how many other mistakes are being made that go unnoticed and could end up being fatal to some unsuspecting customer who bites into a sandwich that may contain something that they are allergic to.
