Avoid this company - we are! Prices were very uncompetitive. One non-critical rusty pipe in a communal pumping station ended up with an "upsell" of additional "necessary" work amounting over 10,000. This further work was not backed up as previously by a film/video of the problem. That seemed suspicious to our neighbours. Also they kept taking our contract money even though responsibility for the pumping station should have statutorily transferred to the local water authority some years prior to us ending the contract with Xylem.
