Ive spoken with Mr Dalzell personally on 2 occasions. I couldnt have dealt with anyone more pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

The reviews say it all. I suggest you AVOID. My elderly Mother is unfortunate enough to have her apartment block managed by this "Mickey Mouse" outfit. The owner is in my opinion an arrogant bully who has a dreadful "I know best" attitude and talks to people in the most condescending manor. He does not care one bit about the people living in developments managed by his excuse of a company. Contractors seem to be "close to home" and most jobs are carried out to a sub standard level if even at all. He seem to forget that accumulated monies belong to the owners and that he is employed by them. We are in the process of getting rid of him and look forward to working alongside a reliable management agent who will do a much better job of looking after the development as they could not do a worse job than T Dalzell. He will likely try and convince you that he has to stay as agent but see through the misinformation and lies. No doubt a cocky and arrogant "full of excuses and false explanations" response is to follow like his replies to the other reviews. In response: May I suggest you do not blame Google. You would not be of that opinion if the reviews that your company received where positive. There are in fact other platforms however most prefer to use Google, it is that simple. I am obviously not going to post online which development my mother lives in. What next? Phone number, bank details, D.O.B.... A bit silly of you to suggest I do such a thing you Silly Billy. Run your business properly, do what is expected of you and show respect to people. It costs absolutely nothing to be a nice person and that way you might even gain a second positive review.

**AVOID** The company's response to this review is complete rubbish. WILL NOT PROVIDE CERTIFICATES FOR WORK THEY SAY THEY CARRIED OUT. I have requested Electrical and Gas Safe certificates from this company for work they said they carried out in 2020 when they managed our block. I have not received them and have received no explanation as to why. Surely this should not be difficult to access.

Unacceptable treatment by Terry Dalzell. He has ignored emails about the EWS1 certificate for bradbury court that should have been ready in October 2020. I have fully paid all the construction work that took place in the building and he has not done his part for months. Not even answering emails. This will not stop here I have already started a court process.
