Fantastic service from initial contact on phone, to the actual sessions themselves. Used Impact Health a few times and have dealt with Mark Coulter for my sessions. The man knows his stuff. Very friendly, extremely professional and he explained everything in a way that made sense and didn't overcomplicate. Clear instructions and recovery programs were provided. You can tell he lives for increasing his knowledge and I could see his passion for his work in every minute of the sessions. He followed up with contact after the sessions also to make sure everything was going well also. As a runner I have suggested him to my running club and other runners and family too. 5 Stars easily!

I have been to Mark at Impact health on a number of occasions and each time has been the same top service and experience all round. Mark is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that any issues you may have at hand are dealt with thoroughly and managed in the best way possible and because of this Ill be sure to visit again when the opportunity arises.
