What can you say just a terrible service! first time round not an once of professionalism in their work. Where are your terms and service price lists? no where to read. The customer is getting a very bad raw deal without prices displayed for the services you wish to have undertaken. Took weeks to get vehicle seen even though it was left with them for two weeks! "fit you in" is the attitude and they staffing issues that of course the customer needs to know - NO the customer is not interested in your employee issues. Poor Customer Service and dismal reception by two ladies so slow and unwelcoming, and a chap called Clinton "office manager" is the primary contact. Just couldn't present himself or the business any better - lacks the ability to communicate with customers, unwelcoming attitude. The phone service is useless, unprofessional and no one gets back to you to keep you the customer informed.. This place is indicative of what's wrong with garage service industry mentality towards customers in Northern Ireland. Out of three visited for work to be undertaken all three tried to overcharge me! considerably more and most are "have a guess prices" nothing on paper to reflect what is being paid for. BE CAREFUL. One garage tried to upsell more work that was not required. New Brakes failed! given you pay on top for a so called "brake test fee"? never heard of that before so that's a separate charge Clinton explains. Absolutely ridiculous given a customer is paying your mechanic 39ph to work on the vehicle and it clearly wasn't tested as it failed - seriously badly. I rang 4 other garages to ask do they carry our brake test at charge and the answer is no it's part of the mechanics job in replacing brakes. Clinton "office manager" - failed to check correctly the work which failed and 6 weeks later when I requested a refund for the brake tests you claimed where undertaken. The vehicle failed in braking on a public road. This dangerous practice undertaking work on brakes, charging a separate price for testing you claim to complete and put the client in dangerous driving situation is lethal. No test was carried out or at basic level by someone who is not properly trained or qualified to fit brakes to which you are responsible for legally. Terrible service - avoid. Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair
