I had been signed up to other gyms for long periods of time and didnt end up going very often, Aligned is totally different and provides a safe space for women to become the best versions of themselves and meet other women on their own paths. For the first time I no longer feel intimidated by the gym and confident to work with all of the equipment because its guided and the training plans help you to track where youre at. Will, Jamie and Amy are incredible trainers and take the time to get to know you and push you to achieve your goals.
