Disgusting service from shop owner, so rude, cheeky and unhelpful. To me and my mum. Had to bring a malfunctioning item back 3 times before they would do anything. Waste of time and money.

Fabulous shop if you want something unique and different. Excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful staff. Just love this store. Highly recommend a visit

I wanted to drop a message to let you know how much I love your shop. It's an asset to the Abbey Centre. You are always changing things up so there's always a new reason to have a walk around it and your staff are the best around. Keep employing the young, vibrant students who want to engage and help. You must be looking after them well as they look like they enjoy their job. I love how they ask if you need help but then give you space to browse. At Christmas they helped me pick gifts for my family and chatted away. I described one family member and they came up with a eorfect gift idea. I appreciated their effort even when the shop was very busy. Everytime I'm in I think there's a great atmosphere. I love how they engage customers in their conversations. Asking what I think of some of the new items in the shop etc. We are quick to complain at times so I thought a compliment was due. I was in on Wednesday afternoon and my visit prompted me to send this message. Well done to all & have a great weekend

Located inside the Abbey Centre. Theres a quirky selection of different items so this place is great for gifts but its a tad expensive. Loads of Christmas decorations, wax melts and wax burners, photographic art, scarves, bags etc. Hard to find something different from the usual high street stores so stores like this as much needed

A lovely shop to browse before deciding what you are going to buy. The staff are friendly, they ask if you need help and if you say no they leave you to browse but are very quick to help when asked. The shop sells handbags, soaps, candles, prints and a large variety of other things all of which are good quality. It's a must visit if you are in the area.
