        Phoned this bloke on Saturday to ask if he could repair my sofa said yes would phone me back on Monday with a date and time never returned my call.So I gave him a ring said will look at my rota and let you know in a hour or so waited 4 hours then gave him another call this time he was beyond rude said I don't know when I am back in your area followed by listen love get somebody else to fix your sofa if this is his customer service it sucks.
