        every time i need the doctor i can't get through and it makes me want to commit sucide because it makes me feel so incredibly helpless and stressed that i can't get through when im sick and really need the service

        My phone has not been answered, and when I go and ask for an appointment from the doctor, they tell me to call us, there are no appointments??? Why did you not receive the patients phones?

        Wearing a mask still applies. Assist elderly mother. Lift available to other floors. Appointment times are well managed.
