Just closed my account of some 12 years. Service is dreadful, customer service simply don't care. Update - Reaching out to CRC, to a director no less was positive to a point but since then nothing. This is extremely disappointing. A single customer just doesn't warrant feedback. This is not how a company should be run.

I love Nukeproof products but this company has the most terrible customer service if there are any mishaps. The can't admit when they're wrong. All customers want is acknowledgement and help, not cheeky responses dodging all accountability.

Tried to buy a bike via Bike to Work Scheme - in short don't bother. Took over 10 days to respond, i.e. answer an email (dedicated to Bike to Work). In the meantime the price has gone up 6 - you guessed it; their great customer service now needs to you get a new Bike to Work certificate (will delay getting the bike at least another week). Last time I used the scheme I spoke with an online shop once I had my certificate and got the bike the next day. Utterly terrible customer service. I used to use them when they were a good family run company. Sad to say never again.

Scam! Purchased 2 items - shipped from this location in the UK but they neglect to tell you they could be coming from multiple warehouses AFTER you pay. So I had to pay 2 separate customs/Duty fees from 2 different carriers. I emailed CRC and they replied they have no control over that. What a scam! Buyers beware!
