        We purchased the Jane Trider 10 Piece Matrix Travel System for almost 1000, hoping to use it for all of our children. Unfortunately, the mechanical connection to the ISOFix broke, we sent it back for them to fix (during the guarantee period), but they said either we flew with it or used it incorrectly, which didn't happen. Now they request that we pay another 150 for them to change it. I would never buy anything from the make again, bad mechanical parts and no customer service to support it.

        Very Happy with my epic stroller I bought an epic stroller with the car seat, I still use the stroller, super practical and all but the baby cot was not that great. I can only recommend the stroller.

        I had questions about carrycot and car seat to use with a Jane stroller that was given second hand. Even though I didn't purchase the stroller from Johnston, the customer service was extremely responsive and helpful to advise what kit could help us prepare for the arrival of our first child. They responded to an email inquiry with a phone call to talk through options: balancing cost, safety, practicality, etc. Thank you!
