        Exactly the same as the previous review. flat roof with velux windows. leaking and insurance won't cover due to poor workmanship. friendly guy and seemed to work hard on the build but once completed never heard from again. no response to emails or phone. i have had new quotes to repair/replace and ALL builders have laughed at the workmanship and have stated that no professional who knew what they were doing would have done what Bill did. unprofessional and dangerous in my opinion Service: Remodeling

        RL Contracts (Bill Osborne) was employed to build an extension and a sunroom for me. He said all the right things and his website and rated people reviews were great. Hes supposed to be a flat roof specialist and member of FMB. None of this is true. Leaking roof, two ceilings down, shoddy workmanship and a massive bill to put right. Please dont listen to his patter as you will regret it. FMB, trading standards and ombudsman have all been informed and I have photographs/videos of all his bad work. AVOID!!!!!
