Nationwide Building Society

Rude staff, not helpful at all. Went to ask to change notes to coins so I could have lunch money for my daughter. Been told that the branch doesn't keep any coins. How is that possible? Thankfully staff from Bank of Ireland helped and I'm switching to them as Nationwide is useless. You would expect that your own bank will help you with queries like this, not going around and beg for help

this is a shocking building society. stuff and managers are rude. they tell you that they don't need your custom and you are keep to close your account. they put high risk customers in danger. they should be ashamed of themselves. they change there rules to get out of trouble they are in. complaints teams does see the complaint through or asked the proper questions to this branch, they are lost me as a customer. Thanks for the reply. Your complaint department dont have a clue. Tried to say everything was done right. Then when you asked questions about the answers they cant answer or wont answer

Friendly & competent staff have only been with this bank just over a year & wouldn't change from it.
