I just booked for another 6 weeks session for pregnancy yoga - I genuinely look forward to coming to the class every week, Catherine is so down to earth, knowledgeable and is easy to listen to and follow... I felt really welcomed coming to the first classes, and it is also great to share the journey with the other girls that come to class, 100% would recommend!

I've been going to Catherine's classes at Kali Yoga for a few months now. She's a brilliant teacher. I'm someone who has dipped in and out of yoga over the years and find her classes accessible but also 'juicy' at certain points - you will work up some heat! Highly recommend if you are looking to do something good for your mind/body... get familiar with breathing/relaxation techniques, gain strength and hopefully some added flexibility;) Jenny T on a Monday evening also a lovely teacher/class to go to, highly recommend both ladies. 10/10

5 star studio and yoga teacher. Catherine's beautiful personality and aura is magnetic. Her in depth knowledge and guidance leaves me so comfortable and confident in class as i can easily follow her meticulous directions. Invitation for both challenge and rest, dependent on how you feel. I always leave feeling both energised and relaxed. Her studio is a welcomed oasis of calm in a busy world. She has taught me how to take yoga out of the studio too, as in, remember to breathe and accept what is. Embrace life's challenges and successes, lean into whatever comes, rest...breathe. Highly recommend.
