        Owner is all talk. Terrible customer service and broken promises. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No after care service and good luck trying to get the owner

        Awful customer service.says he ring back but never does.windows came chipped and dirt inside window pane,also used different colour glue to the window frame.told me a week to replace chipped window,18 months later still chasing and never showed to replace the windows.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

        Fitted a conservatory for my mum, she agrees will Richards previous 1 star review. A lot of up front payments taken without finishing the work. Very smooth talker but didnt follow through on his promises.

        A very, very poor service replacing conservatory with several interim payments demanded and work incomplete with no effective guttering and several holes allowing rodents in. Wrong measurements recorded resulting in replacement conservatory misaligned, roof too shallow and rear frame extending over window ledge area, leaving no window ledge at one end. Strongly recommend not engaging this company for any work.. Promises a lot, delivers very little.
