I recently contacted Justin on behalf of my mother who had suffered a loss of service due to a problem with local records and action by service providers. From the first phone call Justin and his team could not have been more helpful. Having had previous experience of both of the companies involved, my expectation of getting anywhere was nil but within a couple of days I had received phone calls from both. You are usually just a number in organisations that size but because of Justin's swift and effective action we have been able to get a timely resolution. I have never had the need to contact an MLA before this and I really can't thank Justin and his team or recommend them enough.

I walked in to the stlp today with my daughter wee meet Sarah devlin She made us feel like we were the most important people she meet in her life She was so genuine about are situation she never judged us or made us feel small She was so understanding we walked out feeling she really cared I feel very glad that the stlp have such a lovely lady on board Thank you Sarah you have my vote and my family too You are truly gifted in helping people good luck with the future Go Sarah x
