        Very disappointing experience with this groomer recently and will NOT be using them again, having used them for years and been shown no loyalty for this. Had my appointment changed three times in the space of a week, when I turned up for the multi re-scheduled appointment and I asked if they could hold on to my dog for an extra half hour as I had another appointment that now clashed with my re-scheduled grroming appointment, I was abruptly told in no uncertain terms that I would be charged extra if the dog was to be kept in a crate for over 15 minutes. The only reason I couldn't pick the dog up in time was because they changed my appointment! Apparently they had 'lost' my record/contact details too, which should have been on their system for years. As a result I had to forgo the appointment and when I asked for my deposit back, I was told I hadn't paid one as, yet again, they had no details of it on their system but I was able to show it had come out of my account, so they reluctantly refunded me after some extended rhetoric! An absolute shambles of a business.
