Geology Rocks Adventure Tourism

Just back from the most fantastic day with Geology Rocks AT. James was a great guide, knowledgeable, friendly and so patient and encouraging. Hiking, caving and abseiling in stunning surroundings. Learnt so much about the geology and formation of the mountains and the caving and abseiling were truly exhilarating. I would recommend this experience to absolutely everyone- I am home absolutely buzzing. Fantastic day.

Great day at Introduction to Navigation and Hill Skills with James. Very informative and fun session, lots of info covered, with learning materials sent though afterwards for your own use. James was really knowledge, friendly and helpful throughout the day. Would definitely recommend!

I just wanted to thank you for a great evening last night. Daniyal and I really had a great time. The amazing star gazing coupled with astronomical legends was a lot of fun. I also really enjoyed the local tales and stories relating to archaeological sites in Ireland. We hope to join you for more adventures in the future.

Just completed the Intro to climbing with Geology Rocks Adventures and I have to say it was awesome. There was 7 of us in the group and James made it feel like a 1 to 1 session. He had great enthusiasm for the sport and energy. He was very patient and encouraging. We covered all aspects of climbing including bouldering. Would highly recommend and requesting more course from them

Myself and my partner went on the Geology Rocks in the Mournes Adventure on the 18th Feb and it was such a great day out! James shared his passion for geology on the walk up to Cove. He managed to cover how Ireland formed, how the Atlantic came to be, how different rocks are formed and how to identify them, he pointed out features in the landscape that showed traces of glaciers. We learned about raised beaches, WWII shrapnel and cool places to visit in the area. James provided all the gear for abseiling and rock climbing and I felt completely safe throughout even when stepping off the small cliff! We got to do a bit of caving which I had never done before, this was also great fun. I will definitely sign up for more events I couldn't recommend them more!
