DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! I had to return 2 air extractors (210 +14 courier) to these guys as they didn't fit to my ceiling. Sent it back by DPD, the same courier service used by them. Once delivery was confirmed I contacted them and been asked to provide POD (photo evidence) that the package was delivered. I have never heard of such POD and obviously no one ever took a pic of me with package so these guys can't prove they've sent me the package at first place. I rang DPD and they have provided the signature and delivery geoloction tag. Sent the same to ideas4lighting and had another excuse that the signature is the store (hell knows what does it mean). Attaching the proof. UPD: DPD DEPOT confirmed it was delivered in batch and there is no way they don't have it UPD: Same company as ideas4lighting ... terrible service!

Purchased the bulbs from this store. 5 out of 7 are faulty. Do not recommend

Generous giving two stars for the selection of lights, would rather give one due to customer service Chosen five light fittings the day we went to the shop with no help offered from anyone, when we tried to ask someone to box them up they were on the phone. Waited over 10minutes for them to finish call, which is completely fine and we didn't mind, but seen us standing at the desk walked away and on the way back to us the phone rang again and was picked up, after another 10 minutes listening to the description of how to fit a spotlight we left the store and will take our business elsewhere Went out of our way to support local during this hard time, but sadly not this time
