Since we got the septic tank installed over four years ago Viltra have been very helpful. We had problems for the first couple of years with our soakaway and they contacted us and explained the exact problem and took video's so we could explain to the builder etc. I booked a service a month ago and they explained it would take a few weeks due to Covid-19 related issues. However a couple of weeks later when I experienced a problem and asked to be prioritised they sent someone out in a couple of days and resolved the issue. Very happy with the service.
