        We ordered food three weeks in advance for Christmas Eve. Despite checking over the phone several times prior to the collection date, we were told our food wouldn't be ready at the collection time. When told to collect the food at 6pm, the shutters at the shop were down and I was informed that our order wasn't in the books nor they did not have our food. While I cannot speak for the quality of their food, I would not trust food from any butchery that is this disorganised.

        Butchers with cutting edge flair and think outside the box deli and meat. This guy won an award on the national stage and you can see why. Brian has taken butchery to the next level. Well done.
