I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!Installed granite worktops in kitchen June 2019, water damage became visible 5 months later, repeated phone calls and emails to the company unsuccessful, they wont engage, have been told others dont have same problem, granite is porous and it should dry out!! Still has not dried out, its a kitchen worktop surrounding the sink.it obviously has not been sealed/treated correctly. Company will not acknowledge the problem.

Beware of this company. I bought granite worktops and island from them and within six months it started to develop stains around the edges of the sinks and the polished edges of the island and worktops. These got steadily worse and despite complaining to the business they would not do anything. This has got to the stage where it is destroying the look of the whole kitchen. All the edges have darkened and in some areas the surface is darkening in large patches. When I told them I had no option but to take legal action they sent two guys out to see if they could do anything. They said they didn't know what it was and went away again promising to come back with some options. When the company didn't come back I contacted the owner who said it was grease and he couldn't do anything. When I stated his own men had said it wasn't grease or water stains he said it was his opinion that mattered not theirs. I have spoke to specialist who told me it is the way the stone has been cut and treated that is the problem. I am now seeking legal redress. This is not a good company to deal with sub-standard product and poor workmanship. Apart from the poor quality granite they use they put one of the sinks in sideways and couldn't change it. Do not waste your good money with this business. There are plenty other good suppliers around.
