Ordered a console table which arrived with a very obvious chip in the wood. Extremely unresponsive customer service. Was finally offered a partial refund and no further response when we asked for a replacement. Not contactable over phone. Would not recommend.

We ordered a table which has a clear dent at the top. It came in a very badly packaged box. Ive been trying to take it back but no one has responded to my emails and ticket in 2 weeks. How can you operate as a business and make it so hard for consumers to replace faulty products. Can you please contact me asap to resolve the issue. Hi. It wont let me reply to the comment, so just editing the original one. The ticket system didnt send me a response. I filed 3 tickets in total as I didnt get any response. I think there is an issue with your ticketing system. Can you provide me with an email address or phone number so I can follow up with this. Thanks

No response in over 1 month. Order confirmation mentioned delivery in 3 weeks because of Christmas period (ETA 3rd January) Waited and emailed than. reply came after trustpilot and google review. Item came looked like second hand, one of the tables heavily marked.

Order placed at the end of November, it is now nearly January and I still haven't received the goods. Clanbay's customer service is terrible and they clearly can't manage their own processes. I've decided to write to NI Trading Standards about their service and I'd strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for your items as this company is, in my opinion, a liability!

I purchased a clock from Clanbay for 73 in November 2021, it was delivered in January 2022. The clock broke within 10 months of delivery and apparently the one year warranty starts from date of purchase, not from date of delivery so nothing was offered from Clanbay. Extremely disappointing customer service and would not recommend purchasing from.
