I visit the Killowen Distillery with my friend in end of January. We were shocked how great it can be, really small Distillery with such nice welcome. Basic overview of history of Irish Whisky and area. Tasting.. what can I say, Killowen whisky is one of my favourites. It is delicious, I had a chance to drink poitin as well, didn't disappointed me. Great thanks for Shenda, she supported me with latest order on Belgrove Oat/Rye whisky release. Can't wait to see it on my shelf.

Among the best Irish whiskey (if not the best) you will find. Distillery tour was a great day out enjoyed by all. The owner was very accommodating and the entire range of spirits were impressive

Cant rate this place enough, what a great bunch of guys doing what they are passionate about and making some fabulous drinks! I was lucky enough to get a space on their recent Hike & Halfuns a guided hike over the Mournes to their distillery and a tour and chat about their distilling methods, plenty of tasting of course - loved all the blended Whiskey & Potin but their Coffee Liquor Gloria is just outta this world, got treated to a Potin & Gloria Irish coffee with fresh cream and honey - WOW! Then dinner hosted by the Oyster catcher, what a event, made some great friends and an experience Ill treasure. Thanks again & Ill be getting myself a bottle of each of those for a wee Christmas present to myself

Visited as part of a Christmas party. Great idea, great music (live band), nice and cosy. Also, you learn a lot about the whiskey making process from the team and the whiskey isn't half bad . They provided plenty of mixs while there too. Brilliant.
