        I'm giving 2 stars only as there was only one young girl out of the 3 working at the time that acknowledged me with a smile ( I was in the store for 10mins browsing for a jacket) Have been in twice now and have seen no customer service skills which is very poor and unsatisfactory considering the prices for these items (2nd visit was upto 60% off sale and not alot there to be honest) I even said 'thank you' open leaving empty handed to the lady on the till and again she completely ignored me? I find it very rude.

        Ive found the staff in Newcastle branch of trespass very helpful and pleasant but with the restrictions in place in the shop I've overheard some customers being less than pleasant to the staff. Remember they dont make the rules which have come about because of covet and if your having a bad day dont take it out on them.
